Phoenix Named Finalist in the 2025 Community Services Excellence Awards
Phoenix was officially nominated as a finalist in the 2025 Community Services Excellence Awards, delivered by the Western Australian Council of Social Service (WACOSS) in partnership with the Department of Communities.
Our nomination in the category of “Trailblazing Small Organisations – Catalysts of Community Innovation recognises Phoenix’s outstanding contribution to the community services sector, particularly its work supporting adult survivors of child sexual abuse and strengthening sector-wide responses through advocacy, collaboration and systems leadership. Being named a finalist is a significant acknowledgement of the depth, quality and impact of Phoenix’s work.
Phoenix Chief Executive Officer Louise Lamont shared her appreciation for the recognition, noting how meaningful it is to see the organisation’s work acknowledged at a sector level.
Winners of the 2025 Community Services Excellence Awards were announced at the official awards ceremony in May 2025.
